Pumpkin Potage

This is a classic potage that you might have when you eat out at your favourite restaurant; of course, we think ours is pretty good too.  Fresh cream coupled with the sweetness of caramelized onions adds richness and depth to this special soup.  We make other vegetable potages too; potato, green pea, corn and more.
