North Sea bouillabaise

Our North Sea bouillabaisse has been a favourite fixture on our menu for the last 20 years.  We’ve put a lot of work into getting the flavor just right.  Its delicate balance of saffron and curry spices with fresh seafood helps to create a truly unforgettable dish.

In keeping with the Milky House philosophy what goes in all depends on what season it is and what’s fresh.  Shrimp, scallops, salmon, akauo (“red fish”), juicy bits of crab, other kinds of shellfish and more are waiting for you in that thick, delicious broth.  We’ll let you in on a little secret:  Put some of your rice in the pot after you’re finished and watch our North Sea bouillabaisse broth transform it into an instant seafood risotto!
