Slow Food entertament Milky House / Breakfast

At the time of the New Year Milky House likes to make osechi, traditional Japanese New Year’s dishes.  It depends on how busy we are but if we can we enjoy preparing these dishes for our guests.  On the mornings of January 1st, 2nd, and 3rd we set out a different dish each day.  On occasion we do have guests that will decide to cancel their plans to ski for the day, break out the sake, and start the celebration.  Or perhaps keep it going from the night before.
